All our shipments are classified: First Class Parcel

ALL OUR PIECES ARE MADE TO ORDER; please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship your order.

*** During this COVID-19 emergency all orders are taking between 5-7 business days to be shipped. Please comprehend, thanks & take care.

  • Make sure that your address is correct and does not have any typo's or missing information.
  • We are NOT responsible for any lost packages after they shipped out.
  • Once your order has been shipped, ALL missing order complains are to be issued with your local Postal Office.
  • We are NOT responsible for any extra custom fee your country charges, we strongly recommend you to get the proper info on your customs just to be aware if you'll get charged or not.


  • The customer has 14 days to return an item for an exchange or store credit.
  • Items must be in new/unused condition.
  • Once the order is received, allow 7 business days to process and send the new order.
  • Sale items can only be returned for store credit or exchange.
  • Store credit will be sent in the form of a Gift Card which can be easily redeemed at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.
  • Your store credit will be processed within 5 days.
